  • Use of full catering kitchen by the caterer you have chosen from our list
  • Tables and chairs for both garden ceremony and reception
  • 20x40 foot tent in courtyard (April – mid-November)
  • Sides, lighting and hardwood flooring
  • Two wedding managers on site for entirety of event
  • Coordination of on-site ceremony, deliveries and services
  • Use of Bride’s dressing room two hours prior to your event


  • Ballroom (without tent in courtyard): up to 150 people for dinner and dancing
  • Can change depending on type of event, season and use of courtyard
  • Ballroom (with tent in courtyard): up to 200 people for dinner and dancing

You want to host your ceremony at Linden Place, too? Great!  
Host your ceremony using Linden Place's idyllic sculpture and rose gardens as your backdrop. In the event of rain or during cooler months, the ballroom can be converted to a lovely chapel with a ceremony in front of our beautiful working fireplace. 
$500 ceremony fee includes: 
- Use of bridal dressing room (two hours prior) 
- On-site rehearsal 
- Coordinator of ceremony by Linden Place staff
- Use of Linden Place's ceremony chairs
